Warranty Policy

Covered Under Warranty

The following manufacturing defects may qualify for warranty service:

• Denture teeth that become dislodged from the appliance without evidence of fracture, breakage, or trauma.
• Delamination, separation, or failure of acrylic materials due to manufacturing defects.
• Material or fabrication defects determined by Supreme Dental Lab LLC to be the result of laboratory workmanship.

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by Supreme Dental Lab LLC.

Exclusions From Warranty

This warranty does not cover:

• Broken, chipped, fractured, or missing denture teeth.
• Fractured, cracked, or broken acrylic resulting from accidental damage, misuse, neglect, improper handling, patient habits, or circumstances beyond normal manufacturing defects.
• Damage caused by dropping, impact, excessive force, improper cleaning methods, unauthorized adjustments, alterations, or repairs.
• Changes in fit resulting from normal tissue changes, bone resorption, extractions, relines, rebases, or other oral anatomical changes.
• Normal wear and tear associated with routine use.

Non-Warrantied Appliances

The following appliances are specifically excluded from warranty coverage:

• Flippers (temporary partial dentures)
• Essix retainers with teeth
• Temporary appliances of any kind
• Any denture, partial denture, overdenture, or dental appliance previously repaired by Supreme Dental Lab LLC
• Any denture, partial denture, overdenture, or dental appliance repaired, modified, or altered by another laboratory or individual

Previously repaired appliances are not eligible for future warranty consideration due to the inability to verify the long-term integrity of repaired materials and structures.

Warranty Claim Procedure

All warranty claims must be submitted through the prescribing dental office. The appliance must be returned to Supreme Dental Lab LLC for inspection and evaluation before any warranty determination can be made.

Supreme Dental Lab LLC reserves the right to determine whether a claim qualifies as a manufacturing defect covered under this warranty. If approved, the appliance will be repaired or remade at the sole discretion of Supreme Dental Lab LLC.

Commercial Laboratory Relationship

Supreme Dental Lab LLC is a commercial dental laboratory and does not provide dental treatment, diagnoses, examinations, or clinical services directly to patients. All dental appliances are prescribed, delivered, and managed through licensed dental professionals and dental offices.

The patient's contractual and financial relationship is with the treating dental office, not Supreme Dental Lab LLC. Any concerns regarding treatment outcomes, refunds, adjustments, remakes, warranties beyond the scope of this policy, or other patient-care matters must be directed to the treating dental office.

Patients who believe they are entitled to warranty coverage outside the terms of this policy must contact their treating dental office directly. Any such requests must be evaluated and submitted by the prescribing dental office for review.

Limitation of Liability

Supreme Dental Lab LLC's sole obligation under this warranty is the repair or replacement, at its discretion, of a covered appliance determined to have failed due to a manufacturing defect.

This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Supreme Dental Lab LLC shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use any dental appliance.

Supreme Dental Lab LLC reserves the right to modify this warranty policy at any time. The warranty terms in effect on the date of appliance delivery shall govern any warranty claim.
